Service Description

Our service provides virtual lactation counseling facilitated by a single certified lactation counselor. This counselor offers comprehensive support and guidance to new mothers experiencing breastfeeding challenges or seeking expert advice on lactation-related issues. The 90-minute session is conducted remotely, allowing for convenient access from the comfort of the client's home, and covers personalized advice, troubleshooting, demonstrations of breastfeeding techniques, and emotional support to ensure a successful breastfeeding journey. Unlimited text and email support is included for 30 days after initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of lactation counseling services must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Services canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. Rescheduling of lactation counseling appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
