Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made for postpartum doula services must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled services. If cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the scheduled services, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. Rescheduling of postpartum doula appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If trying to reschedule within 48 hours of service, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.
